• Roughly 5 minutes before your appointment, please go to https://doxy.me/drbennash to check in to the virtual waiting room with time to make sure your tech is working.

• Dr Nash will start the call at your appointment time. If delayed, he’ll send you a message using the waiting room chat function.

• Initial appointments are typically 30 minutes.

• Follow up appointments are typically 10-20 minutes.

• We are mindful that your time is valuable and aim to avoid keeping you waiting. Occasionally, another patient may require a little extra time spent on them, causing an unexpected delay beyond our control. Where possible, we will advise you if Dr Nash is running late.

• Payment is taken on the day of your appointment.

• If you have a valid referral & Medicare card, you will be eligible for a Medicare rebate of a portion of the fee.

• After your appointment, we will process your Medicare rebate on your behalf. You will receive your rebate in your nominated bank account (with Medicare) within 1-2 business days.
