Roughly 5 minutes before your appointment, please go to https://doxy.me/drbennash to check in to the virtual waiting room.

Dr Nash will get you from the virtual waiting room at your scheduled time. If delayed by more than a few minutes, he’ll do his best to send you a message using the waiting room chat.

Initial appointments are typically 30 minutes.

Follow up appointments are typically 10-20 minutes.

We are mindful that your time is valuable and aim to avoid keeping you waiting. Occasionally, another patient may require a little extra time spent on them, causing an unexpected delay. Where possible, Dr Nash will advise you if he is running late using the waiting room chat.

Payment is taken on the day of your appointment via Xestro. A secure payment link will be sent to your phone following your consult.

If you have a valid referral & Medicare card, you will be eligible for a Medicare rebate of a portion of the fee. Dr Nash will process your Medicare claim on your behalf. Your rebate will arrive in the bank account linked with your Medicare number within 1-2 business days.
