Please send your referral from your GP or other specialist to our rooms. You can upload it when completing the New Patient Form or send it to the team via email. Alternatively, your GP may prefer to send it directly to us via fax, email, or secure messaging service.
Consider writing a list of questions for Dr Nash so you can get the most out of your appointment

If you have recently been admitted to hospital, please send a copy of your hospital discharge summary before your appointment with us

Doxy.me is our preferred telemedicine platform. It is simple, secure and does not require you to create an account or download an app.
For the best experience, ensure you have a functioning camera, microphone, and a stable internet connection.
Roughly 5 minutes before your appointment, please go to https://doxy.me/drbennash to check in to the virtual waiting room with time to make sure your tech is working.
Dr Nash will call you from the virtual waiting room at your scheduled appointment time. If delayed, he’ll send you a message using the waiting room chat function.

Initial appointments are typically 30-45 minutes.
Follow up appointments are typically 15-20 minutes.
We are mindful that your time is valuable and aim to avoid keeping you waiting. Occasionally, another patient may require a little extra time spent on them, causing an unexpected delay beyond our control. Where possible, Dr Nash will advise you if he is running late using the waiting room chat function.

Payment is taken on the day of your appointment via Square. A secure payment link will be sent to your phone following your consult.
If you have a valid referral & Medicare card, you will be eligible for a Medicare rebate of a portion of the fee. A claim will be sent to Medicare on your behalf on completion of your appointment and will arrive in your nominated bank account within 1-2 business days.
